Welcome to my new Terms of Use page. Please use this resource wisely since many of you are now posting my photos on your MySpace and Facebook accounts.

1. Unauthorized editing of my images is strictly prohibited. This means cropping pictures so my logo and web URL does not appear. This is the biggest rule, and if you break it, you are in copyright violation. Don’t come crying to me and telling me I don’t have a copyright, because I do. Every photographer has a copyright in the world over their images due to intellectual property.

2. Do not attempt to print photos. They are nowhere near large enough to print. If you want prints, please e-mail me and order some. I can do prints up to 8×10.

3. Feel free to link to my site if you have a web site of your own. The more traffic, the better. I’ll even return the favor with a link in my blogroll.

4. I’m very busy. If you want me to shoot picture of you and your lovely, Jimmy’s soccer game, your bar, or whatever you like, schedule with me at least a month or two in advance. I work a day job like the rest of you so I have to have advance notice.  If you want to guarantee that I’ll show up, a down payment up front before I do the job will be necessary.

5. For those of you I’ve donated my time to, rule #1 still applies.

6. I’m not trying to be mean, but I’m not paid for a large amount of what I do. Please understand that if I can’t get my name out, it means dirt that I take pictures.
